Nick Govindan is a sophomore at The University of The South in Sewanee, Tennessee studying on a theatre fellowship. Nick’s fascination with soccer began at a young age hearing stories of his father’s soccer career in Malaysia where he played at an elite level. After graduating from Milton Academy in 2017, Nick plies his trade as a working actor in the Boston and Nashville areas having written and performed in onstage and film productions with The Lyric Stage Company, Improv Boston and The Tennessee Williams Center in Sewanee. Nick, along with his father, is a supporter of Liverpool Football Club, and played the beautiful game himself up until high school. The Corner Kick podcast, started with fellow Milton alumni Caleb Rhodes and Nathan Strauss, is a marriage of his love of performing and discussing the globe’s most popular sport. Nick is excited to expand Corner Kick Media’s presence in the sporting world, and is excited for readers to see what’s next.
